2. Check the starting performance. Turn the decompression handle to the decompression position, roll the crankshaft several turns, and observe whether the oil pressure indicator is indicated; Step up the throttle, continue to shake the crankshaft, listen to the sound of the oil injection nozzle when supplying oil, if the sound is clear and strong, it indicates that the oil supply system is good; Then remove the decompression, reduce the throttle, continue to roll the crankshaft, check the compression of the cylinder seal, such as no effort to roll, indicating that the compression system is good. Through the above inspection, if there is no abnormal phenomenon, it can be tested.
3, test start the engine, run for a few minutes at low speed and small throttle, observe whether the oil pressure, water temperature, smoke color is normal; Listen for bursts and any other unusual sounds. After that, suddenly change the throttle position to observe whether there are abnormal phenomena, such as light smoke, soft sound, smooth operation, normal oil pressure and water temperature, no other noise, you can start the gear. To check the control and transmission mechanism, first step the clutch pedal to the end, should be able to smoothly pick up without sound; Start from a small throttle low gear, start slowly, and pay attention to listen to each part of the abnormal sound; Then turn left and right to observe whether the steering mechanism is flexible and reliable, whether the tricycle runs to one side when walking, and whether the front and rear tires swing; Finally, try the brake pad and observe whether the brakes are reliable and suitable.
4, the electrical system to check the engine does not turn off, check the left and right turn signals, brake lights, night running lights of small light, near light, high light is complete, horn sound is normal. After these checks, if there is no problem, it can be considered to be a better agricultural three-wheeled transport vehicle.
