Exclusion: 1. Remove the switch, take out the filler, use the oil-resistant rubber sheet to make two pads with an outer diameter larger than the switch housing hole and an inner diameter larger than the handle screw 1.50mm, clamp the rubber pad in the middle of the steel pad, and then cover the handle screw together, tighten the gland device. 2. Wrap graphite and asbestos rope in the middle of two steel pads and fill them, tighten the capping device.
Second, the oil tank discharge faucet oil leakage: the reason is that the steel ball rust in the faucet or failure.
Exclusion: Replacement of the steel ball (diameter of 15 mm, can be used in the bearing with an inner diameter of 80 mm steel ball instead).
Third, the oil leakage of the pipe horn: the reason is that the pipe horn cone and the horn seat are not well sealed.
Exclusion: 1, screw the connector first screw one end of the horn. 2. After grinding the horn joint, apply sealant on the cone, then tighten or saw off the horn, and re-expand 1 with the spreader.
Four, hollow screw joint oil leakage: the reason is 1, tubing joint end face, washer uneven; 2. The convex and concave of the screw holes on the shell are uneven.
The troubleshooting method is as follows: Smooth the joint and washer. Turn the hollow screw hexagon flat, then tighten or apply sealant to both sides of the washer.
5. Oil leakage at the shell joint surface: The reason is that the oil pan, cylinder head, valve cover, timing gear chamber cover, transmission cover, starter gearbox cover and other shell joint surface oil leakage is usually due to the fasteners are not tightened, gasket damage or failure caused.
Exclusion: 1, often do a good job of fastening work. 2, for the parts that are not often disassembled, such as paper pads, if the paper pad area is small, you can apply a layer of lead oil on both sides of the paper pad (it should be soaked in diesel oil before oiling); If the paper pad area is large, you can apply a layer of grease on both sides of the paper pad. 3, for often disassembled parts such as valve chamber cover, filter shell and other joint surface, asbestos pad should be used, and coated with lead oil on the pad. When tightening, the bolt at the location should be tightened symmetrically several times. In addition, it should be ensured that the gasket is intact, the joint surface of the parts is smooth and clean, and the parts are without dislocation and deformation.
6. Oil leakage at each joystick shaft: The reason is 1. The sealing gasket is damaged. 2, the gap between the shaft and the hole increases.
Exclusion: Suitable oil-resistant rubber gasket can be selected according to the diameter of the rod shaft, its inner diameter is 1-3 mm smaller than the shaft diameter, and it can be pressed on the shaft surface in contact with the hole wall.
7. Crankcase oil leakage: The reason is that the paper pad is broken or the screw is loose.
Removal: Remove the crankcase cover, remove the gasket to check, if the gasket is intact, can be wiped and coated with a layer of lead oil, dry can be installed; If damaged, replace the gasket with a new one. Gaskets should be soaked in diesel oil for 20 minutes before installation, and then coated with a layer of lead oil, especially after drying before loading. The screws should be tightened symmetrically and evenly.
8, high pressure oil pipe oil leakage: the reason is that after long-term use of high pressure oil pipe, the joint cone has been worn, resulting in a loose seal.
Elimination: Pad a section of plastic pipe 1-2 mm long and about 5 mm in diameter at the fit of the high pressure oil pipe cone and the cone hole, or pad a copper washer with an inner diameter slightly larger than the inner diameter of the oil pipe and an appropriate outer diameter, or replace the new high pressure oil pipe.
9, gearbox leakage gear oil: the reason is 1, gearbox bearing and shaft hole clearance is too large; 2, oil seal wear, aging.
The elimination methods are as follows: the box axle hole gap is too large, which can be repaired by inserting method. If oil leakage is caused by wear and aging of oil seal, the oil seal should be replaced.
10, support wheel, belt wheel and guide wheel oil leakage: 1, rubber sealing sleeve wear, aging; 2. The sealing ring is seriously worn.
The troubleshooting methods are as follows: Replace the rubber sealing sleeve in time. Replace large upper seal ring. The two rough joint surfaces of the sealing ring should be properly ground, and a layer of graphite grease should be coated on both sides, and water and dirt should not be entered for 24 hours after loading.
11. Oil injection port and oil discharge port leak: the reason is that 1, diesel tank, gasoline tank, hydraulic tank, diesel thick and fine filter, high pressure oil pump, oil pan, transmission and other sealing thread and pitch are inconsistent. 2. Diesel fuel tank cover does not have sealing rubber.
The troubleshooting methods are as follows: Keep the screws and pitch at the seal consistent, and use all thin buttons. Add sealing rubber.
