1. External inspection: first, check whether the vehicle technical data (including specifications, certificates, lists, etc.), vehicle tools and spare parts are complete; Then, check whether the outside of the tricycle has collision deformation, missing parts, damage and other phenomena; Whether there is oil leakage or water leakage in the sealing parts; Whether the connecting parts are loose; Whether the oil level and oil quantity of each part are normal; Whether the steering wheel (or handle), gear lever, clutch, brake pedal, accelerator, front and rear tire pressure and shock absorber are in good technical condition. 2. Check the starting performance. Turn the pressure reduction handle to the pressure reduction position, turn the crankshaft several times, and observe whether the oil pressure indicator is indicated; Step on the gas, continue to shake the crankshaft, listen to the sound of fuel injection nozzle when oil supply, if the sound is crisp and strong, indicating that the oil supply system is good; Then remove the pressure, reduce the throttle, continue to roll the crankshaft, check the cylinder seal compression, such as easy rolling, good compression system. Through the above inspection, if there is no abnormal phenomenon, can carry out a trial run. 3. Start the engine for a trial run and operate under the small throttle at low speed for a few minutes to observe whether the oil pressure, water temperature and smoke color are normal; Listen for bursts and other unusual sounds. After the sudden change of the throttle position, observe whether there are abnormal phenomena, such as light smoke, soft voice, smooth operation, normal oil pressure, water temperature, no other noise, you can start to block. Check the control, transmission mechanism, the clutch pedal to the bottom, should be able to smoothly block no sound; Start from the low throttle, slow start, and listen to any abnormal sound; Then turn left and right, observe whether the steering mechanism is flexible and reliable, whether the tricycle runs sideways to the side when walking, and whether the front and rear tires sway; Finally, try the brake pad to see if the brake is reliable and suitable. 4. The electrical system shall check whether the engine is still running, whether the small light, near light and far light of the left and right turn signals, brake lights and night running lights are complete, and whether the sound of the horn is normal. After these checks, if there is no problem, it can be considered to be a better agricultural three-wheel transport vehicle.
